I would be open about it. When she comes over, let her get comfortable, watch some of the movie, and then tell her that you’d like to cuddle with her, ask what she thinks. Unless she’s also awkward and super nervous, I’m betting she’ll say yes. Then if/when both of you seem comfortable cuddling, tell her that you were wishing before she came over for this and it’s better than you hoped for.
