In a situation like this (active toddler and marriage issues – come on, this didn’t suddenly happen after she fell pregnant) I would never ever decide to have a second baby.
I'm not trying to sound dismissive. I understand a c section is hot. I wasn't doubting the doctors diagnosis, just my son being able to relay the information correctly. I didn't know pre eclampsia could still be present after birth, and it's apparently pretty rare so I don't feel like me doubting him was completely out of line.
