This is you trying to cope with this, but it seems obvious you are not comfortable or want this. Relationships are give and take, but in the end it is for both to be happy. And the give isnt supposed to be emotional scarring, which this obviously will be.
You ask now maybe you should accept it, but that is you trying to avoid what it would be like without her. Right now you feel you would be less hurt letting this continue. Maybe that is the case, but it rarely works out that way. And you will put yourself through way more pain drawing this out, then in the end ultimately making the decision to leave anyways.
