She's on sertraline, which has weight gain as a well-known side effect. Sounds like her dose needs upping, or a different medication to address the depression and/or possible anxiety issues. She could have a thyroid or other physical issue affecting her weight, so a general check up would be good too.
I've been on sertraline for three years, two of those years also included buspirone. I was still having severe symptoms on the max dose of both, so my new doc changed the buspirone for gabapentin. I'm on a pretty significant dosage, but feels like I can take deep breaths now. The last five months have been the clearest my mind has been since I was a teen.
No one has said anything to him either. We've both asked different people in the group and everyone says the same thing. Them not liking him anymore would be really weird unless they never liked him to begin with, he's not changed much and the people that have been added to the group match his energy pretty closely. We're both under the LGBTQ umbrella as is most of the group, or fierce allies so it's not likely a discrimination thing either.

If you’re interested in continuing the relationship (although I think at this point I’d run, with a partner who didn’t seem interested in pulling their own weight) I would ask him to move in officially, agree to going half and half with all expenses. Give him a date that you’d need to know by. Make it clear that if he doesn’t agree, due to not being able to support yourself in this position, you’ll be getting a new roommate (and at that point I’d probably also consider ending the relationship or at least taking a big step back).

Right now you are causing yourself more harm than she is. Remove yourself from this situation and get therapy to understand why you would allow someone to hurt you over and over. This isn’t normal, she is evil.
