   You are definitely justified in feeling sad and even a little aggrieved. Unfortunately though, remedying the situation to your satisfaction is not within your gift. You can't force people to engage with a relationship – they either want to or they don't. I believe if you want to make time for someone you will.

   Where does this leave you? You could talk to her about it. But ultimately I think you have to make your peace with the situation. If you can't accept the friendship on the terms on which it now exists – intermittent, one-sided, and when it's convenient for her – you will have to try and find a way to move on. Best of luck.
