If you two started dating at 18 and you made it to 23 without breaking up that's probably some kind of record. Your lives have moved in opposing directions since you were teenagers and it's very common for this to happen. On top of her ambition and your guilting her about it she's in treatment for trauma and isn't even sure if she likes men. So this is pretty much a fete accompli at this point. The way to “fix things” is to accept this, put your energies into recovering from it and then figuring out how to move on with your life. You don't mention what you're doing to build a career or whether you see yourself living with family indefinitely. But these are all the things you could be thinking about right now. Eventually you're going to find that it's a lot easier to plan a life when it's just you and you don't have to take someone else's goals into consideration. Take some time, get your head clear and then go take on the world.
