One of the many reasons I disagree with abortion is that it changes people (both the woman and the man) in ways you can't predict. And once it's done, there's no going back. Whatever feelings the event produces can't be fixed, you can't “make it up” to the other person, you can't erase the memories they or you will have about it. It can be just as life changing as the actual birth of a child and its side effects are often overlooked because it looks like it's the only solution.
