Um, okay? She noted you were looking/checking out someone? Maybe don't do that when you are in a meeting with your boss.

Let me ask you something: If your boss was a man, and was the exact same way as your woman boss, would you describe him as 'moody, grouchy, never engages'? I bet not. You'd describe him as 'strong, focused, and matter of fact'.
In short your post makes little sense, and what I can glean from it you sound like you have a problem seeing women as equals (or superiors) and treating them with respect in the workplace. Your boss is not into you, she's not jealous. She is tolerating you.
But again, your post is a mess so who knows.
