This happens more than people realize. A few years ago, an acquaintance of mine was innocently talking to a girl in a bar one night. I understand what you're saying but in the eyes of the law a drunk woman cannot consent to sex. Even if both parties are drunk, if the woman claims sexual assault after, it's considered a valid case of SA.
