Regardless, from your previous post it sounds like he was quite verbally abusive, excessively jealous, and controlling towards you, but it also sounds like you went too far after the breakup even before getting a pregnancy test. I read that you repeatedly texted and emailed him after he broke up with you despite knowing he blocked you, and also messaged two of his exes and a female coworker in addition to waiting outside his house.
I agree with others regarding the next steps to take legally if you are indeed pregnant, but in the meantime you should really stop trying to contact him. As abusive as he was towards you, your response to the breakup is really not good for either of you. I understand you're in immense pain and scared and hurting, but you should really not be reaching out to people from his past, including an ex from five years ago. As painful as this is for you, he did break up with you and you have to try to accept that.

I thought after everything I’ve done for him that he’d see a proposal as important, but expenses are also important. The realistic side of me agrees that money is needed before anything in order to even have a rod over our heads, but the other side of wants to know how long of a wait that entails. My ex mother in law is so toxic and that's why this relationship didnt work because she was the puppet master of my wife. Except no one forces parenting, babies can always be given over to adoption or foster care if a mother doesn't want to parent. Similarly, a father who doesn't want to be a parent cannot be forced to have parenting time. Abortion is not analogous here.

Firstly, I am not a man. Sex is not the be all, ends all. In my head just because the sex isnt enjoyable doesnt mean my partner is no longer a viable option for me.
I assumed as we got into a relationship the sex would subside so we could get to know eachother better and that as a result of getting to know her better the sex would become more enjoyable because there would be an emotional connection. That hasn't happened.
The “debrief” moment made me realise that perhaps all she wants from me is sex and nothing else and the flowers and affection are just there to be there.

I wouldn't describe it as numb, maybe more like annoyed and slightly dissapointed that its happening but knowing that no matter what its not the end of the world. Instead of wasting my energy getting upset I just look for the who, what, when, why and how to stop it from happening again.
