Yeah, and the “within reason” is very much up to debate. It sounds like your gf is a typical 21 year old, wearing clothes which are very normal for where you on-line.
t's not insane to take a step back every now and then to make the people you care about comfortable, and I'm not sure why it's such a foreign concept to you.

Domestic violence is no joke and should be taken seriously. It's the same old tired story that all abusers tell, “It's all my fault. I won't do it again. I swear I'll stop drinking.” and then they do it again. And again. And again. I think you should put this down as a relationship you don't want and move on. Tell her that she needs to seek help for her drinking and her domestic violence because it's not ok.
