This is generally be good advice but sharing a room would be a huge boundary for most people, and taking topless pictures (even if from behind) with your co-workers is also something I suspect the majority of people will not be comfortable with. Honestly the whole thing sounds like a HR nightmare. It's fine if you think its ok to sleep in the same unit as a co-worker but you should not pretend its somehow unnatural or unreasonable that other people (likely the majority) will have this a boundary.
