One parent can't just randomly change the child custody schedule on a whim. You're unclear as to what the official decree says. But if she's not being cooperative you have to go back to court to have the order amended. You can't just wing it on this because unless you've got the schedule in writing and signed off on by the courts she could just disappear with your kids one day and there'd nothing you could do about it.
