They are trying to make this about how petty and jealous you are, but it's really about how petty and controlling they are. He is mad you are not bending to his will, that's all.
She sounds super toxic and is looking for excuses to start drama with you, even creating situations where no matter what you do she will get upset. You shouldn’t have a partner that adds on frustrations, resentment, anger, disappointment, stress, disrespect, and unhappiness to your life. The fact you have to go on Reddit and ask what to do for a situation like this that she purposely created says all you need to know about her as a person. She’s toxic and you deserve better, you obviously are a good partner and it’s obvious that she’s using you for her own amusement while not caring about your feelings. If I were you I’d break up with her, there’s way to many red flags in this to pretend there’s anything redeemable about her or your relationship and it’s all based on how you described the way she treats you and the relationship.
I on-line in Thailand and go to Bangkok often (a few times a month). If his office is here for business with a Thai company, here is my opinion:
Do you have proof he’s actually not in the office? Thais LOVE taking pictures and posting them on Facebook, even in professional settings . Find the Facebook page for the business, find a local who works for that business, and see if they have pictures of him in an office setting – or other professional setting
420 is legal in Thailand. Lots of Thais HATE it, especially the middle class (I’m expecting it to be greatly reduced after the election). There is no way he is getting high around his Thai coworkers.
Depending on the industry, he may be going to gogo bars after work with his coworkers – especially from the Thai side. I would be surprised if it’s an everyday thing though. Plus, they are extremely boring in my opinion.
In Bangkok, the line between “bar” and “restaurant” and “cafe” is extremely blurred. If he’s here on business, he is not getting drunk during working hours.
Thais value personal relationships over actual business discussions, and Thais prefer doing business with friends.
However… if this “office trip” is more of a holiday for the workers for doing a good job, it’s a massive red flag.
