When I'm off my medication I'm a different person. Not crazy different but different enough that it's an adjustment. I feel so much more off medication. I give lavish gifts just because I'm thinking of someone, I empathize so well, I laugh and joke a whole lot more too. I also cant get out of bed some days, i dont eat because im not feeling like it and im so tired. All the time. When I'm on my medication, I feel a lot less, I am more capable of recognizing my own limits and working around them. That also means I'm a lot less emotive. I'm not as bubbly or tenderhearted but I'm not at risk of hurting myself like I am off meds. What you're describing right now does sound like emotional blunting but even after she's gotten over that (which she will either with time or new medication) she might still be slightly different than before. Especially if you've only ever known her with unhealthy levels of mental health, the mentally healthy version of her will be different.
There's nothing wrong with you at all. Please just be patient and you will find the right guy.

I get what you are saying. I should stop talking to him completely. My even thinking about him rn is like compromising my self respect. But cutting the chord off completely at once is I am very bad at. If he was wrong, it would had been so much easier to just to tag him as a jerk and move forward. I overreacted and said that I'll be stepping back just makes me feel like I should meet him once and clear my mind. Atleast my head will feel lighter.
