From your post it does seem like this is fairly recent behavior changes all kind of showing up at once. I would bet that something is going on with her that she doesn’t really know how to process adequately, so she is focusing on all external circumstances to not have to deal with it.
I would try to sit her down and really talk to her on what is really going on. Maybe get a mediator (friend) you both trust to join you to help keep it civil. Take turns expressing exactly what is going on and how it makes you feel. Be receptive and open to what she is saying. If she still refuses to see your side or listen to you, then you have to make a choice from there.
