The purpose of dating is to see if it’s a good fit. Many young 20 something’s aren’t so great about their diet and exercise. Obviously that’s important to you so go date someone more aligned. People aren’t projects. This is who she is today. Take it or leave it but don’t go commenting on her diet or exercise or weight.
Sounds like something he is embarrassed about. Has he told you why he can't drive? This could be important:
Medical issue prevents him from trying (like epilepsy)
Legal issue (DUIs)
Psychological issue (fear of crashing)
Money issue (never could afford it)
Motivation issue (so lazy he never took the effort to learn)
Depending on the reason, this could be something you live with, something you correct or something that make you dump him.
Also, he needs to understand that throwing things at you, even small light objects will be taken as hostile and violent, that it triggers your PTSD and will result in you distancing yourself from him both physically and emotionally.
