I think you're in a great position to say something because you've been asked to care for the cats for the holidays. You've seen the messes in their rooms. Cat pee on the floor jeopardizes your security deposits and they need to be considerate both to their pets AND their human roommates. It's never fun to confront issues in a home but its important. Wait for them to come home and have a group meeting about the number of animals, the odors, and how you as a household can work together to make the space livable for all creatures big and small. Cleaning litter boxes at least every other day is a start. It works in my household, we have multiple boxes and they spread it out nicely for us, theys helpful boys, but adding boxes definitely could be a way to help smells too. Shared boxes perhaps in addition to the bedroom ones? I'd offer a few ideas, not just berate them for the messes.

You created a threat not only your relationship but her private space, her home, and probably her financial security.
5) Did you baby trap her? How did she get pregnant without you planning this? You’re the one with sperm.
Get therapy and find out why you did this to you both. Get her therapy, so she can grow up and learn who she is independent of you. Get couples therapy and find out how you can coparent, even if you break up as you probably will and should.
This happened to me about 7 years ago, she remembers, she does know they had sex but thinks telling you straight away will resolve the relationship but if you have that nagging doubt now it will only get worse and worse, imo I would leave her as she can't be trusted when drunk and around other people, find yourself a decent woman who's willing to be loyal.
