because you're 27 and still feeling insecure, grow up it's pathetic
So she's knowingly going outside of the established boundaries of her marriage without her husband's knowledge when they have a baby together, and basically leading you on potentially forever knowing this will prevent you from trying to see other women because you've put her on a pedestal, but that you're monogamous so it actually just means you'll end up alone. It sounds like she's playing games exceptionally well moreso than actually meeting your needs. Other women may not compare because they're not catering to your insecurities in order to gain control/set up a power dynamic, they're just being themselves.
You are 100% within your rights to tell her you do not want to talk about each other's sex lives. That is a boundary that most people set in a friendship. For some reason, some women think it's appropriate to talk to gay men about their sex lives. When, in fact, gay men are still men and — like most men — are not interested in hearing about it.
Ultimately, though, there's nothing you can say or do that's going to change her behavior. She's 21. She still has some growing up to do. And part of that growing up includes gathering some self-respect, which it seems like she lacks. (And I would say the same thing if she were a dude pulling this.)

Your gf had plans with her sister before she had plans with you. That's not at all the same.
If she had plans with you first then canceled cause her sister invited her out that'd be one thing but that's not what happened.
As for everything else, it might be that she's just not that into you. There's little info so can't really give you any real advice.

A) Do whatever you want. People here will all howl “Her body her choice like dumb monkeys”. This will happen no matter how you are feeling or what your actually intent is.
B) You want to convince her to carry the baby or tell her you will break up with her if she doesn't. DO IT. It doesn't really matter one way or another. Everyone here will blame you regardless
