Unfortunately she does not want to discuss this any more. Not sure why, as I think it's incredibly damaging to a relationship to refuse to communicate and seek closure.
I realise after reading my post that I come across really badly; I was definitely in a dark place writing that. I have suggested that she reduce her hours before, because as it is now I feel like I barely get to spend any time with her. I'm living a single person's life whilst married and having to take care of 80-90% of household duties myself – it's a lonely existence.
I even said that I would be willing to do deliveroo/Uber eat myself on top of my full time job and give her the cash rather than see her strip.

He admits he cheated in the title. My opinion is based solely on what OPs post. If he disclosed more later, fair enough. But is seems pretty clear he made a dumb decision while being drunk, one he later regretted later due to understanding the consequences of his choice. Nothing he stated in post points to anything happening against his will.
Thank you. I do believe the only good approach here is to have a mature conversation about whether she is willing to commit to a monogamous relationship. I know she will say she is, the difficult part will be to figure out whether she will feel the same way 5/10/15 years from now.
