ive been to therapy in the past which is why i feel like it's an extreme option. sure therapy is amazing, but i dont believe that something of my sitation is really worth the need of therapy to overcome. it's a simple interpersonal problem that i feel more benefit from different perspectives from just everyday strangers. i do respect your advice though.
