I have reconsidered. I'm just waiting to stay with my parents and move everything up to their place come Friday because he's been distancing himself from me, calling me the enemy, eating and sleeping separately, and it hurt. He literally said I wasn't supporting him like his boss when his boss recommended him for the vacancy and gave him the award, and it really is hypocritical too. He wants to sue because he said he was unfairly removed from consideration because of his personal preference of not liking awards, but I think it's because he showed that he didn't believe in recognition which is a big part of being a manager and having a team
