Unfortunately, there are a lot of abusive bosses out there that mistreat their employees and a lot of people who think their spouses are somehow their servants. Every time he does this, she needs to look at him like he's lost his mind and ask “the fuck??” To point out how ridiculous this behavior is.
And just because a mother takes a child's trash when they are small doesn't mean it's appropriate behavior to transfer into adulthood and that he is a grown man. I'm guessing he doesn't also ask his mom to wipe his bottom when he has a poo just because he did when he was younger.
He called your girlfriend a slut….. and you just let it go. I'd be mad too. I wouldn't want my man to get in a physical fight but for you to blame her for what he said and think he should have zero consequences and you not be on her side is a problem!
