He’s lying about everything because he knows you’re too young to know better. As other people have told you, he’s a predator. He’s already pressuring you into things you don’t want to do. You’re not in love with him, you’re infatuated because I assume he’s the first man to act interested, but his intentions are definitely not good.
Also the Feb 14 thing, he was with his wife and sent you the extravagant gift to distract you from your validated anger. It’s called love bombing and it’s a tactic abusers use to manipulate their victims.

Doesn't it seem a bit controlling that a FWB wants you to stop talking to someone you like? He's a FWB, not your boyfriend that he has any right to tell you this. It sounds like might be jealous that you might be moving on from him. I wouldn't entertain this request.

You aren’t stable enough for a relationship and next time you are having a mental health crisis call the relevant authorities in your area who can help not some 18 year old that you trying to manipulate to spend time with you.
