My first thought was guilt. He clearly has a problem with trust. However, I had a boyfriend that would constantly accuse me of being deceptive, turns out HE was the one being deceptive. If he is truly asking because of the situation of his friend, then he needs to seek therapy to help him through these feelings. I personally feel that if there is no trust, then there is no relationship. Only my opinion though, I wish you the best!

Condoms don’t protect you against HPV though. So no matter how “safe” they would try to be chances are it would still get passed along because it’s spread from mucus membranes as well. Not just vaginal secretions or semen.
