This is suspect for sure. However, if she was just a lonely girl at a wedding and you approached her. I can see a scenario where at some point she saw your BF and talked to him. Maybe even messaged him thinking you wouldn't mind since you were so friendly. So although I would look into this with my detective skills set to spy mode, I would also be fully prepared for this to just be an innocent set of coincidences. Even more so since I myself am 10 times for likely to be nice and polite to girls my wife knows or is friendly with.

He's my first partner, and I'm his first as well, so we are both figuring it out. Our last fight was actually about me feeling lonely.
