It's ok, there was no real commitment broken, like you said, you didn't know it'd turn out to be serious and when you did you stopped. That's just how dating works, and it doesn't seem to me like you we stringing her along to keep your options open and being allowed to sleep around. So don't worry, no harm was done, and she likely was seeing other people as well because again, you weren't committed to each other yet
This is not nothing! You do realize that you could have died if you didn’t go to the hospital, right?… It is a very big deal that he would have let you die rather than taking you to the hospital. And the fact that he cares more about some party then the fact that his selfish idiocy could have caused you to die is really not okay! Break up with this jerk and take care of yourself!
If you're seriously sitting here trying to argue with strangers on the internet that people just suddenly lose control of their body functions and rationalities because “the booze made me do it”, then you and your friends need just as much help as OP's Bf does…
Tell his family and 911 (not necessarily in that order) if he tries that again. Every time.
Your mother gave up her right to a normal relationship with you when she made the life choices she did. Her current circumstances don't override that, nor do they override your personal feelings about her and your childhood.
Your mother is supposed to be your protector and it seems to me like she put her own wants and needs above yours. Your grandmother is looking at this as your mothers parent, not from your point of view (the victim) and is, in my opinion, just as awful as your mother.
You are due to become a mother yourself and are already doing a million times better than she ever did. If you don't wish to have her involved in your pregnancy, there should be no pressure for this to happen. You are already protecting your unborn child, which is more than your mother could do for you. Do not for one second feel guilty about doing this, and if your other family members are trying to guilt you into letting your mother be more involved, I would consider whether you want them in your life as well.
