You are missing the most important piece. Her response, as you described, is not something people in a relationship should do to each other.
Unfortunately it sounds like she used you as a bit of a rebound fling. She's a teenager and only just got out of a relationship. Both those things make it unlikely she's capable of anything more serious. Try focusing more on yourself and not thinking about her. She'll figure out her life eventually, as will you.
