If so, are you sure you want to tie your life to someone that doesn’t know how to manage his finances? Do you work now or does he pay for everything? There is lots of good advice and some really harsh stuff. I think you need to focus on some serious points such as rehab. Drug counseling. You are very unlikely to get anywhere without professional help. You need to maybe involve family check if the child has been exposed to anything. These are serious stuff. If the kids had been exposed, you could both lose custody.
