Talk to her boss. I see you're already trying to leave him which is great. It's absolutely inappropriate for a daycare staff member to be flirting with any parent, even a single but certainly a married one. She needs her behaviour corrected and her employer is the one to do it.

I mean, if you look at it objectively, that's the pattern that tends to happen. OP needs to learn where he messed up.
