No, you’re jealous that you don’t have his life but since you can fantasize about how nice it is that means to you gf must be a raging female dog because she’d like to own a home one day with her partner. Owning a home is a fairly normal goal for billions of people all over the world, she has a fairly normal ask. The problem isn’t that she’s mean or he’s bad. The problem is that they don’t want the same things in life.
I mean, she doesn’t sound like she likes you much either. Maybe she’s acting terrible to drive you away? It seems to be working.

So, what she did was wrong. But unless you have an open phone policy, you looking at her phone was also wrong. Just because you suspect something, it does not give you the right to spy on her.
Your 20s are for learning all these things! Please don’t think of the year spent together as a waste. Not all relationships have to or will end in marriage. This was one of many Luce experiences and learnings.
