It's one thing to have a casual conversation with your partner and mention that you're about to get breakfast, it's a whole nother issue when you “have to ” report your every action and whereabouts to them. You're not in prison, he's not your parole officer this is textbook control partner behavior.

This reminds me of a post a couple of weeks ago of a guy telling his girlfriend not to make fun of his small pecker. He then proceeds to strip hot and jump in bed. He also came to this sub not for the advice but to have his feelings on the matter validated.
If you feel insecure about something and want it discussed, don't do it this way. This is childish at best. You were absolutely fishing for a compliment.
