I’d say this is unforgivable. He literally told this girl he’s just playing with you. That is incredibly insulting. Don’t stick around with him. I’m a guy, and I’ve never had a friend tell me he’s just playing with a girl. He sounds awful, and all of his friends are awful for letting him get away with that. “Cutting them off,” probably just means hiding their interactions

You mention wanting to have kids and getting pregnant. You’re already 31 years old and waiting 4 more years until you’re 35 carries a very real risk. Yeah plenty of people get pregnant easily at 35 and even 40, but plenty of people also have trouble conceiving at 28 and 30, much less 35. If you wait 4/5 more years to try to have a baby and for some reason you can’t, or if you can have one but then can’t have the potential sibling for them you wanted, you’ll never forgive him or yourself for choosing to wait. And if you’re in the North with no real career momentum, you’ll have nothing to show for it except your relationship. Start your career in the south, and maybe even start a relationship with somebody new and start moving on with your life.
