You're 20 and you've been dating this guy you're physically (but apparently not emotionally) attracted to for roughly 90 days. Ask yourself if you think it would be a good investment to spend a lot of money getting married under these circumstances. If you see the chance for a real relationship here you should tell him that when you're 25 and you've been together for at least a few years that would be the time to talk about getting married. Of course he doesn't want to go into debt staging a wedding for a marriage that's certain to end in divorce.
You need to grow a spine. Your family is sexist, and from the sound of it, racist too. Unless you start dating someone of your specific race, class, and colour, and a girl who is willing to fulfill a misogynistic role as the 'little wifey', they are always going to be rude and unwelcoming, and try to interfere in your relationship.
The only thing you can do is continually stand up for her, and tell your family they need to drop the rude attitude and show you, her, and your relationship some respect and not be I sulting. However, as long as you live under their roof, you're going to struggle getting any respect from them.
This is a good breakdown of questions to ask. I just keep seeing people crucify people's age gaps when it doesn't seem inherently wrong, and without context it isn't.
