Smoke smell started making me gag/dry heave when I was pregnant with my daughter over 20+ years ago. Still does and I was a fairly heavy smoker before that too.
Suggestions, affection in new different ways. You can hug and kiss her from behind with warning so she can hold her breath. Maybe get some air cleaners with charcoal filters to help with the smells in the air and open windows and have her stay in separate rooms with the door closed when your daughter bakes.
Wash all of your clothes, multiple times with things to get rid of odours. Can try oxy clean for odours, baking soda or vinegar all separately to see what works best. If you've got facial hair that you had when smoking, maybe shave it off. Same with hair in your head.
Pregnancy can really mess with your body and it sucks. But, on the bright side she's only got 3 months left and as long as Mom and baby are healthy, that's all that really matters. The rest can be worked out. Good luck.
Because I’m some of these instances you saying no is kinda ridiculous. Why walk in cold weather when a coat is available if there’s a significant BMI difference between him and you it makes it even worse. My own gf and I had the same interaction before. I’m taller and over a hundred pound of fat and muscle heavier with more clothes on even without the jacket. Watching your SO shiver and grimace when you could make it better with little detriment to yourself seems crazy. The plate thing at the restaurant I can get that. You don’t need him to do it and you want to do it yourself that’s fine.
