I have a friend (F) who dated someone exactly like this (M) and I would advise you get out of the relationship ASAP. She noticed this early on as well and they stayed together for 2 years and it only got worse. When she finally broke up with him it was an absolute disaster-he absolutely lost his mind. So I would try to avoid it going any further. Go to a public place and break up with him so he cant make as much of a scene-please. My friend waited too long and is scarred from what happened when she broke up with him.
It's so foul. And that it's not just in the private bathroom. And guests see and deal with it. JFC. He's a disgusting monster.
Being pregnant comes with a slue of emotional instability at times – hormones and weight gain can make for some real non-rational thinking.
It's difficult to know what to say to you – you've been dating such a short amount of time, she's pregnant, your not married. You've also treaded this water before and not considered it a deal breaker – can't expect a woman to improve mentally while pregnant.. I wouldn't.
Also not to be rude, but if you think this is draining, wait till you have a child. First few months are great but will sap the life out of you.
So I would almost recommend rolling with her insecurities. She's pregnant, gained weight, has more hormones running though her than a pharmacy. Again at this point I would remind you you're married, but you're not. A bit of latitude is required, latitude and understanding. You made this bed, so to speak – help her out here.
That's not a bF that's an abusive liability. Get out and away.

Invite another friend over if you know that's going to happen. Stop setting yourself up for this kind of situation.

I’m not hating on her at all, I swear. She’s my best friend and I love her. She’s a very beautiful girl, she still refuses to see that and I tell her everyday.
The last few guys I liked, I thought I had connections with them. They liked me, having a great time. Then they meet my best friend, and I’m completely ignored.
Today, I was hanging out with a guy at his place. Then he invites a few of his friends, I felt a little uncomfortable being the only girl so I asked if it was ok for my friend to come.
She gets here, and his entire focus is on her. They talked the whole time, until I hinted I wanted to leave. She did admit that she likes him. I smiled for her, but she realized it was fake and asked me what was wrong.
It does hurt a lot, I’m not sure what to do. I didn’t have low self esteem, until this. Every part of it shrinks down.
I don’t know how to tell her this.
TL;DR: all the guys I like or meet, end up liking my best friend.
You write like a 15 year old whose sole exposure to relationships is Pornhub.
Considering your age this is a weird thing to do. My thought is that she found someone else and she's keeping you in her back pocket in case it does work out. But I could be totally wrong.
