My ex accused me of something similar with my cousin, going so far as to say “that’s where white people kissing cousins comes from” ?All that happened is I said I was excited to see my cousin after a few years as he was like a big bro to me in childhood. I wanted them to meet & thought it would’ve been fun to just hangout again. Ex was also jealous in ways similar to what you describe. He escalated over time until I had to leave when he strangled me. Idk your relationship, but such an accusation is from some type of attempt to gain or maintain control & tends to escalate when they aren’t held accountable. I’d recommend chatting with the national domestic violence hotline to find therapy & other resources in your area and discuss your particular situation to find out if there are enough flags to consider the relationship controlling or something else.
Abusers are really good at getting people on their side. After my ex strangled me I was still told I must have done something to make him strangle me to the point I apologized to his family & took responsibility for what he did to me, even to the DA. Don’t apologize unless you actually did something wrong (which you didn’t), because that fuels their desire for control & let’s them justify what they are doing.
It could also be the the GF's friends don't like OP, some friends of mine have had significant others that we wish would've been kicked out while we were there.
