She's acting like OP is a bad guy and did something wrong when he didn't. Basically, she's making OP feel guilty which is downright manipulative. I don't care HOW traumatized you are, blaming someone for being scared and defending themselves AND you is honestly pretty close to victim blaming. His reaction was valid. That's like saying someone scared you when they saw you fighting off a rapist, like what???? It's fine for her to be uncomfortable, it isn't fine for her to make OP feel like shit and guilty.
If you aren’t 100% sure, then you should wait because you can’t undo it. You still have time to have the abortion. Cancel the appointment and only reset it if you are 100% sure after you’ve had a conversation with your boyfriend and a therapist, separately and possibly together.

This whole situation sounds incredibly messed up. She wants a divorce but can't be bothered to find a lawyer herself? You blame her time management skills for your divorce? (She seems to be managing her time fine now that she's not with you.)
I hope you are able to work with a therapist on understanding the unhealthy dynamics here, and move on.
