Just quiet quit the relationship, stop emotionally investing, just don't put effort in at some point they'll realize and put effort in or they won't but it'll be less dramatic. They text about dinner 2 hours before just respond “sorry, won't be able to make it wish I had more notice” and go about your day. Don't attempt alternative plans just say you can't make it. Take yourself on vacation for Christmas instead of waiting on them. Build some friendships instead of putting energy into all this then you still have someone to take you to the hospital. When you mom calls you crying tell her you'll put the same amount of effort they do into the relationship and then talk about something else or get off the phone.
Yeah, google gps doesn't work that way. It's impossible that it “errors” to a coworkers house.
Look, if he wants to have two girlfriends, tells you from the beginning, and you're fine with that, that's not a problem. But he has lied to you for your entire relationship. There's no trust there.
He's using you, probably taking advantage because you probably honestly think he's the best thing that's happened to you. And I don't know you, in some ways it may be true. But he is not the best thing that WILL happen to you.
Get out of that relationship. It'll hurt. But staying in it will set you up for so much more pain.
We all like and dislike different things. Many of us are here because we like your work. But your art may not be for everyone.. I guess my point is that you should focus on his qualities, not his abilities. Maybe he is kind, and generous and hot working.. maybe he works hard and is very supportive of you and your goals. But if he doesn't like your work, it doesn't make him a bad boyfriend. And the same applies to you and his music. Maybe his skills will evolve. Maybe his taste in music will evolve. And maybe you will get a set of Bose noise cancelling headphones for your bday.. 'cause you want silence while you paint..???
