It’s the midwest, so the city in question is pretty small as far as cities go, completely un-walkable, terrible to no public transit, and pretty much the bottom of the barrel culturally, especially compared to the other metro areas in the state. It’s not like he’s advocating for moving someplace actually cool. We’d still have to travel 2-4 hours for big concerts, pro sports games, quality zoos/aquariums/museums etc from either place.
I briefly mentioned this elsewhere but his job options in state are the same anywhere we go while he has no degree. He works in HVAC supply right now, I’ve already talked to some folks I know back home about finding him a very nice job in manufacturing (small radio/computer parts, sitting down, great benefits, clean environment, low turnover, basically the best he could ask for considering his education level).
Listen you can't fool the IRS. I'm not even American and I know that. You pay the taxman or you'll end in jail.
Your dad owns up to his tax fraud and hopefully he has the money for his taxes.
But I'm betting he doesn't have the money, that's why the taxes are in your name. He never told you because he didn't want your consent in matter.

I think your decision has to be either tell him or find an excuse not to go. Telling him is a judgement call based on your current level of discussions about your past and your feelings about his insecurities. You definitely cannot risk a situation where a friend just says hey, do you know your ex is here!
Tbh Im starting to feel the same way at this point.
You good with lying to your partner? You good with someone stomping on your boundaries? I’m also getting the feeling that you feel like it’s on HER to resolve this.
I go home, check to see if we have enough to last (we do but only just). I decide not to trouble my partner with this

I'd be asking if there was a contract or anything on writing. I'm betting the friend has copies and for all you know is spanking the monkey to them or even selling them live so others can. Wife is super naive. Friend is a predator. I'd be speaking harshly to him. Demanding all copies of the pics are deleted and unfriending after that I'd also warn others how inappropriate his methods are in case he hits up other friends too.
