When I was a baby, I was apparently a handful. My mom would have to make ridiculous baby noises to keep me calm in the store long enough to get groceries for the week. This one time she was doing it and noticed everyone was looking at her strangely and trying to avoid being near her. It wasn't til she was at the checkout that she realized I wasn't even with her that time (dad was off work for once) and that her sleep-deprived brain had just fallen into silly noise making habits while she was concentrating on getting the shopping done.
Drunk and sleep deprived can both make you go into autopilot on everything you're not actively focused on. If she's used to you being beside her and touching her at parties and she was in full drunk storytelling mode, she might not have been as cognizant of who was actually beside her and touching her because autopilot brain would assume it was you, same as always.
I think it would help to set some boundaries. Like talk about what would make her comfortable as far as spending time together, but also compromise on how you can have some time to yourself to pursue your hobbies. She has some maturing to do, but every relationship has problems that need to be worked out.
I don't know where you are, but having eviction notice in your rent record may disable you from renting easily next time.
You need to talk to your landlord to avoid getting evicted. Explain what's the issue, and plead that if possible you can pay that $700 in installments for the next 2-3 months installments.
You need to DUMP your partner and kick him out because he's draining your income, and those cost of beer, etc can be diverted to RENT instead. And you can get a paying roommate instead.
You claim you have a therapist, what does therapist say? If that therapist is not working out for you, get another.

Likely not going to work. Same thing happened with my current partner.
Instead of debt, her ex was a junkie. Stole her debit card and drained it multiple times.
Since she had let him use it before to take cash off and use it for purchases, the bank found that he was an authorized user and refused to assist further.
Since OPs guy had the card and the pin, they will likely find the same result.

My dad used to do this to my mom and us. He would take us put for a nice dinner after doing something abusive and act nice for a few days and then go back his toxic self.
