I've been seeing more friends post this on social media. Especially with the holidays in-tow. Feeling taken advantage of, neglected, or 'misunderstood', when they've been there as emotional whatnot support for others. Suddenly ghosted about their own situation. I've tried not to feel guilty about not commenting something when I see their post. But many times I'm just not aware of what happened or 'going on' to really respond constructively. Not sure if that's how the other friends feel… or they truly just don't care ?
It's possible. But I always ask what I can do to do better, what she likes, prefers, etc, and I listen. She's never told me she wasn't satisfied, and she knows I can take criticism. Outside the bedroom I make more mistakes (hell, everyone does) and I'm forgetful sometimes, but I do my best to pull my weight around the house.
My guess is this isn't even the first time he's stolen from her. How many times has he replaced it before this time?
That's the biggest issue I'm fighting. I would be utterly devastated if I lost her because of this child or lost the child at the cost of her health. I don't know if I could forgive myself. I don't know if I can forgive myself for killing it either.
You’re right. I don’t want what to make her feel like that’s the only reason I’m with her because it’s not. I also stopped bringing it up as soon as she told me she didn’t like it and I haven’t since, and I’m trying not to make my frustration apparent. And yes, I’ve gotten criticism for saying my love language is physical touch, but it really is. Growing up physical touch was something my parents emphasized a lot and I grew up sleeping in the same bed as my siblings and being physically in contact with someone is where I feel the most love present so I really do believe it is my love language
