my dad always told me not to date or marry someone I’m trying to save. for what it’s worth, he’s been divorced twice.

I'm terrified of damaging or losing gifts. I started Journaling. I take pictures of the gift and maybe a picture of me using said gift, then put it in my journal and I write about it. What it is, who it's from, how it made me feel to receive the gift, I felt using it for the first time, etc. That way even if the gift gets damaged or lost, the memory doesn't.

Who's to say Op didn't get date raped drugged. Because blackouts aren't common if you only have a few drinks in you.
Op go get a rape kit done. And if there's evidence of it, you're able to get justice. You may not be able to get your bf back, but you may be able to figure out what exactly happened
