Depends on what the reasons for wanting/not wanting kids are. If OP doesn’t want kids because they’ll not have a good life being away all the time, they could look into school programs/homeschool or something that would fit their lifestyle, or go away for two whole months in the summer. If his fiancee doesnt want kids because it will limit their lifestyle, maybe only having one won’t impede them that much. I feel like maybe there’s a way to compromise those needs. Unless the desire or lack of has multiple reasons or just actual disinterest and apathy in general.

OP, don't let him push you around and being disrespectful. When he acts like this, stop act like his girlfriend. Meet him at his level. Despite Depression (I know cleaning can be a struggle when you dive in that level) he can clean. He might need more time, maybe help, but stop all together? If he is this depressed, other things should also be a struggle. Being out. Go out drinking. Driving. All that would take a toll on him and it doesn't. So he can start clean.
I should have mentioned in my original post that the terminology I was using was what said to me and not what I actually recall saying. I don’t know what I said, and I don’t mean to offend anyone who is transgender and I apologize for that truly.
