suddenly found myself back in a workforce with people younger than I bossing me around all day. Some of my teammates are half my age
Yeah I have a superior thats early/mid twenties who thinks being young in itself is a qualification. I've got 20+ years of experience in the field and had to teach them a lot of what they now know about the things we do. I like them and we're a good team but sometimes it rubs me the wrong way a little even though I chose to step down from managing.
If you are not confident on your decision then you should probably have a conversation with him about it. Don't allow yourself to be pressured, however, the baby would be both your and his so there is no harm in talking about it with him.
He can be sad, that does not mean you are obligated to have a child, however, it is your choice if you would like to weigh both of your opinions if it would help you be confident in your decision.

Your BF is right, his working hot to be able to support you both as a couple means nothing to you. If it did mean something, then you would realise that he would rather be spending time with you, but he also lives in the real world, where you need money, and that requires a job, so you would not be feeling like you don’t spend enough time together.

She is 100% someone you cannot trust. You need to get out of that relationship and stay out of that relationship. She was not joking in any way and will likely use that threat on other things in the future when yall don't agree and she wants her way. That is manipulative and flat out scary that she thinks this way or would even “joke” about something like that if it truly was a joke (it so wasn't). cut your ties and I would tell multiple people about her threat that are trustworthy or have good rank in the community because at this point she could say it to get back at you for breaking up and you'll need backup on that.
