I wish there was some amazing advice to give you, but I think you already know the answer.
You two aren't compatible life partners. I'm so sorry. I know what it feels like to love someone and have religion be the thing that keeps you apart. It feels unfair and you may want to cling to hope there's a way it'll work out.
But this is a time for honesty. You'd either have to pretend you're a devout Christian, or she'd need to lose some of her faith.
