I'm not saying that he has something with this girl or whatever. Just that if he knows that this issue triggers you why does he speak about it? It may be funny, for me that i'm bit nosy would be, lol, but definitely not for you, he can describe his normal life in a different way to not trigger you.
Why haven’t you blocked him and put him in a time out for his behaviour? I think it’s time to tell him you don’t want to be his friend (and why) and permanently block him
