Also I explained it in last post. The problem was that he didn’t brush in the morning(only at night before bed) and when he did brush he only brushed the teeth and not the tongue. He flosses but was never aware of the need to brush in the morning as well as at night. Now he’ll be brushing at both though and brushing the tongue as well. So far so good!

The other issue here is that OP, by his own admission, has cancelled plans with his girlfriend several times when something more fun comes up.
have you played against your wife lately? Has her skill changed? If you can now beat her that would suggest something is wrong, she needs medical attention to see what. If you still can't beat her then obviously she is lying to you for whatever reason, up to you if you escalate it further.

She lies because she's insecure and is afraid of your reaction if she tells you the truth. I think I would gently try to get into some couples counseling and see if you can work on it.
Your both adults so I think an actual face to face conversation about it would be the right way to go. Sit down and lay your feelings out and ask him if he wants to put effort into this. But at 30 he should be more than capable to text you.
