  1. Yep, fights are dumb and childish. Even high school scuffles but especially as adults it's just way too easy to accidentally kill or be killed by knocking someone the wrong way and especially as adults a good way to get a record. Avoid confrontation pepper spray when necessary, remove yourself from the situation.

  2. She’s not an adult child for having reasonable fears about getting pregnant and taking additional measures to prevent it. She’s just an adult for that.

  3. And I am telling you that you are extremely ridiculous.

Clearly the elements provided by Op can lead us to the conclusion that her marriage is a joke, period. And yes she is too young.

And you trying to weaponize the disability is so dishonest, disgusting and disrespectful for her that I will simply brush it off thinking you aren’t very bright.

  4. She’s in a deep deep hole, she sounds a lot like my mother. Once my mom finally pick up a part time jobs her mental state got way better, it’s super healthy to leave the house and interact with people. She probably lost sight on who she is and is in a downwards spiral. Op you married her for a reason try to get her the help she needs but if she refuses explain that you’re going to have to leave the situation. It might be better for her in the long run.

  5. Don't really know what there is to explain and i doubt he will be honest. He will probably deny

  6. Money is relative and how you perceive the world is tainted by the environment you grew up in. I thought my family was middle class growing up and didn’t truly begin to understand our privilege until later in my 20s. My parents brought home 1-3 million a year. Now that I understand the world, I understand how ridiculous that sounds. However, at the time I was surrounded by people who had 10-20m homes and multiple cars and designer everything. My parents had a nice house but nothing like my friends. They had nice cars that most Americans would consider to be expensive but they were nothing like the cars my friends had. We took family vacations to places we could drive to. I was in my 20s before I went abroad. My friends summered in different European countries every year and many had private jets. I never owned designer clothing or bags. All of this made me think that my family was normal or average. I knew my friends were rich, but since we weren’t like them we must be middle class. This is a very common phenomenon and not unexpected.
