You know what's a good way to tell if someone's feeling guilty? If they keep trying to make you feel better even though you said you're okay.

While I don't think he's free of fault in the situation, the problem here seems to be that anytime he's trying to air any grievances she's starts crying, now he has to stop, console her, make sure she's ok, now a situation that was about something that was bothering HIM, becomes about her. When does HE get to talk about his feelings, when does he get to say what bothers him? When will she acknowledge that something she does can bother him?

She's not a child, if she can't take any kind of criticism without bursting into tears and then she should look into therapy.

Eh based on his edit I’d say it’s not impossible that his theory is correct and coworker logged into her google account from one of his devices at home and/or has one of her electronics. That would definitely produce the random jump from one location to another
